Pre-Season Clinic
Prepare for the spring season with our high-intensity competition, designed for players from various South Jersey clubs and programs. This event features advanced positional training, and players will have the opportunity to compete in small-sided games and skill competitions, challenging offense against defense. Join us for an engaging and skill-enhancing experience!
Available to Youth (3rd - 5th grade) & Middle School players

Goalies
Attack & Midfield
Down Poles, LSM’s & Def middies
30 min of skill based competition
We’ll run teams through a series of combine drills to test passing, catching, footwork, and overall stick skills.
45 min of live competition
Attack vs Defense / Middies vs LSM/DM’s. Players will compete in 1v1’s, 2v2’s and 3v3’s.

This clinic is best suited for intermediate to advanced athletes. Full Gear and Pinnie required for participation

Limited to 15 Offense and Defensive spots per age group
Each divison group will be split into two groups based on age and skill level to maximize competition and quality of reps. Players are split into intermediate & advanced groups decided on by the coaches.
